‘Happy Girl’ by Anuradha Handique

She is all hopes and dreams…

From the time she wakes up, till the stars shine high;

Steps out every morning with a smile on her face;

to spread the love she holds in her heart.

Patience is not her virtue, but it never really mattered;

Cos’ she comes home every day with a heart full of flatter.

There are days she’s discouraged and days she’s sad,

But she knows that this too shall be in the past.

She hopes for the good, and the best came her way;

She has it all – dreams, hopes and faith.
