“State of Affairs In Our World” by Lazola Pambo

Some call it paranoia,

But I simply say plainly,

It is the state of affairs in our world,

We vote for a president

And he or she ambushes the nation,

Forgetting the people,

We lack to understand each other

Conflicted in differences,

Lesbians and gays

Attacked as scavengers by people

Religious church priests

Sodomizing their children

Some call it madness,

But I simply say again and again,

It is the state of affairs in our world,

We call ourselves human beings,

Denying our mixed races,

Until we are shocked to see bloodshed
